Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026
By using this website or purchasing coaching, you agree to these terms. Sections 2, 3 and 4 are the ones that matter most — please read them properly.
1. What we are
AI Training Careers provides educational content and preparation coaching for individuals applying to AI training, data annotation, and model evaluation platforms.
2. What we are not
We are not an employer, a recruiter, a staffing firm, or an employment agency. We do not place candidates in positions, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we receive no compensation from any platform for referring anyone.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any AI training platform mentioned on this site or in our materials. All company and platform names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
3. No guarantee of any outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee that you will be hired, approved, assigned work, or paid by any platform. Every platform runs its own independent assessment and hiring process over which we have no influence and into which we have no special access.
Any earnings figures we cite are indicative ranges drawn from public postings. They are not a prediction, a projection, or a promise of what you will earn. What we sell is preparation and guidance. Nothing more is promised.
4. Assessment integrity
This is a firm condition of service, not a preference.
- We will not complete, sit, edit, review, or advise on the content of a live assessment, screening task, or paid work item for any platform.
- All practice material we provide is written by us for teaching purposes. We do not distribute platform-owned assessment content, and we ask clients not to send it to us.
- We will not create, share, or operate an account on your behalf, and we will not help anyone misrepresent their identity, location, qualifications, or work history.
Most platforms treat outside assistance on assessments as fraud and respond with permanent bans, sometimes withholding earned pay. We decline these requests to protect you. Asking us to do any of the above ends the engagement without refund.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell platforms about yourself, for reading and complying with their terms of service, for your own tax obligations as an independent contractor, and for the security of your own accounts.
6. Payment and refunds
Coaching fees are stated on the coaching page and are payable after we confirm we can help. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before more than half the deliverables have been provided, and we will refund in full. After that point, refunds are at our discretion.
Because outcomes depend on assessments we do not control, refunds are not available on the basis that a platform declined your application.
7. Intellectual property
Our guide, practice materials, and written feedback are licensed to you for your own personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or lost opportunity.
9. Termination
We may decline or end an engagement at any time, refunding fees for undelivered work. We turn people away when we do not believe we can help them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and will not apply retroactively to work already purchased.
