Privacy Policy

This policy covers aitrainingcareers.com and the email series you receive after requesting our guide. The short version: we collect an email address and very little else, and there is a list below of things we will never ask you for.
What we collect
- When you request the guide: your email address, and optionally your first name and a broad description of your professional background. The background field exists only so the emails we send are relevant to you.
- When you apply for coaching: your name, email address, which package you are interested in, your background, and whatever you choose to write in the free-text field.
- Automatically: your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with each submission. These are used to block automated spam and abuse, and for nothing else.
What we will never ask for
We do not collect, request, or store Social Security numbers, government identification documents, driver’s licence or passport images, dates of birth, bank account or routing numbers, card numbers, or passwords for any third-party platform. We have no legitimate need for any of it, so we do not hold it.
If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for any of the above, it did not come from us. Please forward it to hello@aitrainingcareers.com and do not reply to it.
How we use it
- To send you the guide you requested and the short email series that follows it.
- To respond to coaching applications and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.
- To keep the site free of spam submissions.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with AI training platforms, recruiters, advertisers, or data brokers. We do not pass your details to a platform as a “referral” — you apply directly, yourself.
Service providers
Your information is stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and sent through our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Coaching applications are kept for two years, or until you ask us to delete them. Spam-prevention logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link, or by replying with “unsubscribe”. It takes effect immediately.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will action it within 30 days. We will not ask you to prove your identity with an ID document — a message from the address on file is enough.
- Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes have these rights by law. We extend the same rights to everyone, wherever they live.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which content brings people to the site. These are off by default and load only if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice; choose “Decline” and no analytics or advertising scripts run at all. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Separately, and regardless of that choice, we record basic first-party attribution when you arrive — which link or campaign referred you — stored only in your own browser and attached to a signup only if you choose to submit the form. A single session cookie keeps the site owner signed in to the private admin area. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, credentials are stored hashed, and database access is restricted to the application. No system is perfectly secure, which is part of why we collect as little as we do.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above, and where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell subscribers by email.
